In 1989 Chetan Katigar was born in Karnataka, he studied art from Pinkal Art Institute, Surat . After completing his studies, he began working as a Textile Designer.

Chetan specializes in watercolour and oils. Over the years, he has acquired considerable skill and techniques which he depicts in his work. He gets inspired by abstraction in his subject, which allows him to generate different ideas. Chetan has exhibited his work in various cities like Mumbai, Bangalore, Surat, etc. and has also taken part in many competitions in India and other countries.
